Binding a ride to an event
Any ride can become your track at a race, tour, training session, or outing — and back.
Everything in the app comes down to one thing — the ride. Recorded with the phone, sent from a watch, or uploaded as a file — an entry appears in the log. From there you can bind it to an event: the ride becomes your track at a race, tour, training session, or outing, and the log entry takes the event’s name.
Usually the binding is automatic:
- A recording started from the event screen is bound right away.
- A watch that was transmitting to an event, too: the ride appears already bound — that is your participant track.
- After a file import the app asks, if the time matches one of your events: the file could have come from anywhere, so the decision is yours.
Binding manually — two ways, both always available:
- From the ride: open it in the log → the “Event” block → “Bind to event”. At the top are same-day events where you are a participant; below — all your events, in case you are binding retroactively.
- From the event: on the event screen, the “My track” card → “Bind a ride from the log”.
- No track in the app: in the same card, “Upload track” — a GPX, FIT, KML, or TCX file, or a link to a track file or page, for instance from enduro-club.ru (paste an address like https://enduro-club.ru/track/10183/ and the app downloads the track). The link must lead to a track recorded on the event day.
You can unbind at any moment — the “…” menu in the card header, “Unbind from event”: the ride returns to the log as a personal one. One ride binds to one event; an event can have several of your rides — say, two runs in one day, or a day of a tour (then the app first asks which one to work with).
At a race, a track can be added even after the results are published — the organizer will see an “added after publication” note.
