The Residence, in short
What is free forever?
Registration and participation in any events, GPS track recording with your ride history, the SOS button on the trail, your own outings with friends, the events calendar, start lists and live results, the rider passport, and the feed. Since August 1, the garage with your vehicle fleet and engine hours, joining teams with team standings, and one 3D Flyover movie per month were added as well. This is the app's core — it has no expiry date and does not switch off.
Is the garage part of the free tier?
Yes — since August 1. Add vehicles without limits and count engine hours for free: the lock on the garage was breaking a newcomer's first step, so we removed it. The ENDURO subscription unlocks the service side — a maintenance and work log, expenses, the vehicle's race history, and “service due” reminders.
How is FAMILY different from ENDURO?
ENDURO is about maps and utility: offline maps of six countries (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Spain) with satellite and terrain, 300+ routes with track navigation, a maintenance log with expenses and reminders, and 3 3D Flyover movies per month with no queue and no watermark. FAMILY adds the live layer and status: unlimited movies with instant assembly, creating teams and clubs, online tracking of friends on the ride map, timing with AI analytics, an AI enduro coach, a sponsorship contract showcase, and profile customization.
What is the 1 ₽ week?
A trial week of ENDURO or FAMILY: 7 days for 1 ₽, with your card linked right away. On the seventh day the full price of the chosen plan is charged automatically — we warn you with a notification beforehand. You can cancel at any moment in the app or in your personal account: access lasts until the end of the week and nothing is charged. One trial week per account.
Year or month?
A year is 17% cheaper: ENDURO comes to 124 ₽ per month instead of 149 ₽, FAMILY — 291 ₽ instead of 349 ₽. You can start with a month and switch to a year at any time.
How do I cancel?
Auto-renewal switches off with a single toggle — in the app on the Residence screen or in your personal account on the site. You can unlink your card in the same place. The paid period keeps working until it runs out.
Is there a plan for guides, coaches, and workshops?
Yes — PRO, 1 490 ₽/month or 14 900 ₽/year. It covers every partner role at once: a service card on locations, unlimited tour and training listings, and direct client contacts. The FAMILY plan is included, and the first month after profile review is free.
How do I pay?
By card or via SBP (Russia's fast payments system) — right in the app on the Residence screen or in your personal account on the site. Sign in with the same phone number you use in the app. A receipt under Russian law 54-FZ arrives by email.
Can I pay through the App Store?
Apple payments do not work in Russia, so the subscription is paid by card or via SBP directly. The app sees your active status right after payment — there is nothing extra to activate.
One outing pays for a year of the subscription
Don't lose the group in the woods, don't end up mapless in an unfamiliar region, don't blow the engine over a missed service. Takes a minute to set up, cancels instantly.
