Enduro tours: itinerary, price, and terms
A multi-day route: a day-by-day itinerary, what's included, extra services, and requirements.
- General details: the name (“Caucasus: five days in the mountains”), the meeting place with a map pin, the region, the start date, and the number of days — the app immediately shows the end date.
- Day-by-day itinerary: for each day — a name and description of the route, the distance, the overnight stop. The blocks are created automatically to match the number of days.
- What’s included: ready-made chips — lodging, meals, transfer, mechanic, guide (with a count), fuel, bike wash, sauna, and more; add your own as a line.
- Price and spots: the tour price, the spot limit (empty means no limit), payment details (the field appears once a price is set: an SBP phone number or an account number — the participant copies them with one button in the payment sheet), and extra services with prices: a rental bike, vehicle delivery, single lodging, and your own. Participants see them as a list when booking.
- Requirements and documents: a prepared bike, a category A license, a hydration pack, a radio (with the frequency), riding gear — plus the documents required to take part.
- “Draft” or “Publish” — the name, region, and date are required. A draft can be published later: the Tour management screen shows a “Publish event” button right under the summary card.
Tour entries are confirmed manually: you see each one and decide whom to take. Payment details are shown only to confirmed participants, and once the spots fill up, entries close automatically. If the tour has mandatory documents, a “Participants’ documents and admission” button appears in the “Entries” block — the same review screen races use. If the tour is canceled or the start date moves, participants with an entry and those who tapped “Remind me” get a notification.
