Outings: create one and invite your people
One screen: what and when, where you meet, who's invited. No drafts — the outing is published on creation.
The outing creation screen is three cards; the anchors at the top show with checkmarks what’s already filled in.
- “What and when”: a name (leave it blank and the date is used), the required date, meeting time, and notes like “bring water and snacks”. Dates in the past can’t be picked.
- “Where”: the meeting point is picked on the map — bases, rentals, and spots are already marked, and a tap fills in both the name and the region. The region is required: calendar filters and the time zone depend on it. A GPX route is optional — participants will see the track on the map.
- “Who’s riding”: the “Invite to the outing” sheet — contacts, the “You often ride together” block, adding by phone number or Enduro ID, and club toggles. A personal invitation arrives as a notification with “I’m coming / Maybe / Not going” buttons; a club gets the outing in its community feed, where everyone responds for themselves.
- The “Create outing” button — the event is published immediately, with no drafts. The final screen shows how many invitations were sent and a “To the outing” button.
An outing is private by design: only invited people and the feeds of the selected clubs can see it. It never appears in the public events calendar — invite freely.
