Competitions: creation step by step

The creation screen is organized by anchors: “Details · Rules · Classes · Qualifying · Entry fee · Admission”.

1. General details: the name, the region (required — time zone and calendar filters), the venue with a map pin, the start date, the time, and the duration via “1–3 days” chips. Picking the date pre-fills the fee windows.
2. Rules and communication: the rules file (PDF/DOC/DOCX/RTF up to 10 MB) or a link to the official document, plus participant chats — Telegram, WhatsApp, VKontakte, MAX, and others. The links appear on the competition page.
3. Classes: nine ready-made classes from “Novice” to “Women”, each with its own color and default number range (for example, Novice 101–199, Pro 1–99, Juniors 701–799). For each class you set the “from/to” numbers, the number of spots, the laps, and the time limit. Ranges must not overlap — the app checks.
4. Qualifying (optional): the date, the runs window, and the “Publish reference track” toggle — participants will see the reference lap on the map.
5. Entry fee: three price tiers with validity windows (“Early registration”, “Main”, “On race day”), discounts for women and kids with a configurable percentage, the payment method (bank transfer by details or on site), and the registration closing date.
6. Admission documents: medical certificate, insurance, license, parental consent — whatever you check becomes mandatory when a participant registers.

At the bottom are two buttons: “Draft” (visible only to you in the calendar; publish later from the page) and “Publish”. Publishing requires the name, region, date, and at least one class.
