Outings: attendance, invitations, and participants

1. In the “Attendance” block, tap “Attending” — the organizer sees you on the list right away. The block changes to “Attendance confirmed”.
2. Changed your mind — tap “Change” and pick “Maybe” or “Not attending”: the organizer sees the current lineup.
3. The “Invite” button in the “Participants” header opens one sheet for friends and clubs. A friend gets a notification, a club gets the outing card in its chat. Anyone already invited personally or through a club is ticked and gets no second notification.
4. The “Participants” block shows the lineup with vehicles from their garages and their tour and outing counts; tap a row to open the rider passport. With many people, use the search icon.
5. The “Outing team” block lists the organizer, instructors, guides and support crew, each with a message button. The organizer assigns the team in “Edit outing” → “Outing team”; each person gets a notification. The organizer doesn’t see the “Participation” block.

After the outing what counts is not your “Attending” answer but whether you actually rode: a track from this outing or your own mark. If you said you were coming but there’s no track, the outing page asks “Were you on the outing?” — upload a track, tap “I was there, no track” or “Didn’t go”. The “Participants” block becomes “Who rode”, with kilometres for those who recorded a track.

1. “You rode · 32 km” — the outing with your track, in the calendar and in Activity.
2. “Add your outing track” — you said you were coming, but there’s no track: upload a file or link a ride from your log. Rode without recording — mark “I was there, no track”.
3. “You didn’t go” — you marked “Didn’t go”; the outing isn’t in Activity.
4. “Your outing · you didn’t ride” — you’re the organizer but didn’t record a track yourself.
5. Past outings you declined, never answered, or that your club was invited to no longer show up in the calendar archive.
