Admission documents: upload and review
Medical certificate, insurance, license, and parental consent are uploaded in the app and reviewed by a moderator.
The app works with four document types: medical certificate, insurance, sports license, and parental consent (for minors). Which of them are required is up to the organizer, and the requirements are visible on the event page.
- Open the “Documents” section (or tap a requirement right on the event).
- Each card has a “How to get it” hint — where to obtain the document if you don’t have it yet.
- Upload a photo or a PDF — the document goes in for review.
- The status (“under review”, “accepted”, “rejected”) is shown on the card; you’ll get a notification when it changes.
- The “View” button opens the file you already uploaded — check that you sent the right page and that it’s readable. Next to it is “Replace” — in case the photo came out badly or the document was renewed.
An accepted document works for all events until it expires.
