Home: the feed, stories, and “Useful”
How the home screen works, when the feed refreshes, and what the “Fresh posts” chip does.
Home is the community feed. At the top — the stories ring (the “Create” circle opens a post, a story, or a group outing), a card with your next start (if you are registered for an event or hosting your own), and the “From your teams” strip. Between posts you will come across collections: community riders, teams and clubs, upcoming starts.
“Useful” is a set of small cards under the first post: consent to club news, enabling notifications, a promo code, an empty garage. Answer one — the card disappears; “Not now” or “Later” hides it for two weeks.
When the feed refreshes. When you open Home, the last loaded feed is shown, and fresh content pulls in on its own — if more than a minute has passed since last time, or you published, rated, or deleted something. Pull the feed down to refresh right away. If you are far down and new posts appear at the top, the feed doesn’t jump — a “Fresh posts” chip pops up at the top; tap it to go up to them.
Video is marked with a “Video” badge in the corner of the frame. A clip starts playing without sound as soon as its card takes the center of the screen — no need to stop scrolling — and pauses when you scroll past it; the next one preloads in advance. One tap on a video turns sound on or off for the whole feed; a double tap on any frame is a like.
Scrolled way down? Tap “Home” in the bottom menu again — the feed smoothly returns to the top.
