A workshop request and approving the work order
The request goes to your club’s mechanics or a workshop; you confirm the scope and price of the work in the app.
- Open the maintenance section in the vehicle card and create a request.
- The recipient is your clubs’ mechanics or a workshop from the service catalog.
- The workshop assembles a work order: jobs and parts as line items, with prices. You review the estimate and confirm it in the app.
- Work starts after your approval. Any change to the work order after confirmation sends it back to estimate status, so work isn’t added without your confirmation.
Completed jobs automatically go into the vehicle’s service log and shift the schedule’s due dates.
