How to get the organizer, guide, or coach role
Apply for a role right from the app; once approved, you can create events of your type.
Anyone can create events — but by type: an outing with friends is open to everyone, while races, tours, and training sessions require a verified role (ORGANIZER, GUIDE, TRAINER).
- In the app, open the “Create” hub and pick the event type you need — a race, a tour, or a training session. A locked type shows a padlock: tap it, and the role application form opens.
- We review applications manually — usually within a day or two.
- Once approved, your event type appears in the “Create” hub: races — with start lists and marshals, tours — with a day-by-day itinerary, training sessions — with a skill level and spots.
Running races is free — there are no commissions on the event. Details for each role are on the pages for organizers, guides, and coaches.
