How to cancel your subscription
Cancel auto-renewal in the app or in your personal account; access keeps working through the paid period.
- Open the “ENDURO.FAMILY Residence” screen in the app (Settings → resident card) or your personal account on the website.
- Tap “Cancel auto-renewal” — the cancellation takes effect instantly, with no calls and no “retention offers”.
- Access to the paid period is kept until it ends; there will be no further charges.
